Question!
What is this senior officer doing with $2,800, 11:15 in the night?
Could it be that he had collected this sum of money from the underworld earlier, only to be relieved of it after by the very same gang?
Why is it that this trained officer stopped and did not engage his gun?
Is it because he knew the individuals?
