Narrated Masruq: We asked Abdullah bin Masud about this verse:
"Think not of those who have been killed in the way of Allah as dead; rather they are alive with their Lord being provided with sustenance.(3:169)
He Abdullah bin Masud said: We asked the Prophet (sallallaahu alayhi wa salaam) the meaning of this verse. So he explained it like this:
Their souls are in insides some green-birds beside lanterns suspended from the divine throne roaming freely in the Paradise where ever they like. Then they take shelter at those lanterns. Once their Lord looked at them and said: Do you want anything else? They said: What more shall we want? We roam freely in Paradise as we like. Allah asked them the same question three times. When they felt that they would not be spared from being asked, they said: O Lord! We like you to put back our souls into our bodies so that we may be killed in Your way once again. As Allah saw that they had no wish. they would be let for joy in heaven.
(This Hadith is sound and related by Al-Bukhari.)
5th April 1992, war broke out in the Balkans. Many people shouted and screamed. A few actually went to the aid of the Bosnian Muslims. Different organisations came. Much is still talked about the help given by these people.
There was however, another group of individuals who also went to Bosnia. No mention was made of them. They came from near and far, young and old, rich and poor, and they travelled to Bosnia. These people were the foreign Mujahideen (volunteer Islamic fighters).
Between 1992-95, hundreds came and went. A handful never returned: the Shuhadaa’ – those killed in the way of Allah.
With true sincerity to Allah (Allah knows best) and an undying commitment to the Deen of Islam, the Shuhadaa of Bosnia managed, insha’Allah to attain the ultimate objective of a Muslim – the Pleasure of Allah, followed by the reward which awaits in Paradise on High, and Eternal Bliss is unfolded to enjoy.

Everyone remembers the Twin Towers exploding at 9:59AM and 10:28AM EDT on September 11, 2001. Comparatively few people can recall that there was a third massive skyscraper, also a part of the World Trade Center, which fell very rapidly to the ground on that day. This was World Trade Center Building
One reason that few remember WTC Building 7’s collapse is that after September 11th it has been treated, both in the media and in The 9/11 Commission Report, as if it didn’t happen.

The collapse of Building 7 at 5:20PM EDT was in itself a major event; the sudden and unexplained fall to earth of a 47-story steel-framed skyscraper is certainly news. Why has there been almost no mention of this in the U.S. media, and why was there no mention of Building 7’s collapse in The 9/11 Commission Report? These are questions of great significance, and they cry out for answers. To be able to approach any kind of explanation, however, first some pertinent and verified facts of the Building 7 aspect of 9/11 need to be scrutinized.
The following eleven facts have been compiled from the research of reputable sources – those who have dared to question and have devoted innumerable hours into discovering what really happened on 9/11.
FACT 1: WTC Building 7 was one of the largest buildings in downtown Manhattan. It was 47 stories tall, about half the height of the Towers, and took up an entire city block. It was 300 feet from the closest Twin Tower (the North Tower, WTC 1), and was a steel-framed, concrete structure.
FACT 2: WTC Building 7 – on its 23rd floor – housed an Emergency Command Center for the City of New York that Mayor Rudolph Giuliani had built in the mid-1990’s. On the morning of September 11th, Mayor Giuliani did not go “to his Command Center – with its clear view of the Twin Towers – but to a makeshift, street-level headquarters at 75 Barkley Street.” WTC 7 also held the offices of numerous government agencies, including the Department of Defense, the CIA, the Secret Service, the IRS, and the Security and Exchange Commission.5 Late 2001 was the time of “the height of the investigation into Enron, so the majority of Enron’s SEC filings were likely destroyed when World Trade Center 7 came down.”
FACT 3: WTC Building 7 was not hit by airplane or significant debris on September 11th. It had been evacuated after the planes hit the towers. By the afternoon of September 11th, there were a few small fires of unknown origin evident in the building, and these small fires could be seen in only a few of the hundreds and hundreds of windows in the building.
FACT 4: On September 11, 2001, at 5:20PM, EDT, World Trade Center Building 7 suddenly and rapidly collapsed. Beginning with the penthouse, all 47 stories of it imploded into its own footprint in less than seven seconds. Three different videos of Building 7’s vertical collapse – two from CBS video broadcasts, and one from an NBC news camera – can be seen online at http://wtc7.net/videos.html.
FACT 5: On September 16th, NASA flew an airplane over the World Trade Center site, recorded infrared radiation coming from the ground, and created a thermal map. The U.S. Geological Survey analyzed this data, and determined the actual temperature of the rubble. This map shows that five days after the collapse of Building 7, the surface temperature of a section of its rubble was 1,341º F.8 This high a temperature is indicative of the use of explosives.

FACT 6: Fire Engineering magazine is the 125-year-old paper-of-record of the fire engineering community. Bill Manning, editor-in-chief, wrote an Editor’s Opinion in the January, 2002 edition. His editorial, $elling Out the Investigation, pointed out that destruction of evidence – the hurried removal of rubble which should be examined by investigators – is illegal. He also issued a “call to action”. To quote excerpts:
“For more than three months, structural steel from the World Trade Center has been and continues to be cut up and sold for scrap. Crucial evidence that could answer many questions … is on the slow boat to China …”
“I have combed through our national standard for fire investigation, NFPA 921, but nowhere in it does one find an exemption allowing the destruction of evidence for buildings over 10 stories tall.”
“Fire Engineering has good reason to believe that the ‘official investigation’ blessed by FEMA [Federal Emergency Management Agency] and run by the American Society of Civil Engineers is a half baked farce [emphasis mine] that may have already been commandeered by political forces whose primary interests, to put it mildly, lie far afield of full disclosure. Except for the marginal benefit obtained from a three-day, visual walk-through of evidence sites conducted by ASCE investigation committee members – described by one close source as a ‘tourist trip’ – no one’s checking evidence for anything.”
“The destruction and removal of evidence must stop immediately.”
“Firefighters, this is your call to action. …contact your representatives in Congress and officials in Washington and help us correct this problem immediately.”
FACT 7: In May of 2002, FEMA published their report #403 titled World Trade Center Building Performance Study. This report claims that the fires caused the building to collapse, but that the specifics of how this is supposed to have occurred “…remain unknown at this time.”
FACT 8: The collapse of WTC Building 7 shows five characteristics of a controlled demolition:
It “dropped directly into its own footprint in a smooth, vertical motion”;
It “collapsed completely in less than seven seconds”;
“Dust streamed out of the upper floors of Building 7 early in its collapse”;
“WTC 7’s roof inverted toward its middle as the collapse progressed”; and
“WTC 7’s rubble was mostly confined to the block on which the building stood.”
FACT 9: “Larry Silverstein is a rather large player within the realms of 21st Century real estate, finance, and politics.”14 He “…had taken out a long lease on the World Trade Center only six weeks before 9/11. In a PBS documentary entitled ‘America Rebuilds’, originally aired in September of 2002, Silverstein made the following statement about Building 7:
‘I remember getting a call from the, er, fire department commander, telling me that they were not sure they were gonna be able to contain the fire, and I said, “We’ve had such terrible loss of life, maybe the smartest thing to do is pull it.” And they made that decision to pull, and we watched the building collapse.’”
FACT 10: “It is inconceivable that anyone could be running around placing explosives in exactly the right places all within seven hours. In fact, implosions take a minimum of two weeks and up to two months to plan and place the charges. The fire department of New York does not even train their personnel to do controlled demolition. They are done by highly skilled experienced specialists who plan and test far ahead.”
FACT 11: “… [George W.] Bush’s brother, Marvin Bush, and his cousin, Wirt Walker III, were principles in the company [Stratesec, formerly named Securacom] that was in charge of security for the World Trade Center, with Walker being the CEO from 1999 until January 2002.”18
In summation: A major aspect of 9/11 has been excluded from the entire U.S. media after September 11th, and was also omitted from The 9/11 Commission Report. This was the sudden fall to earth, on September 11th, 2001, of World Trade Center Building 7. Not hit by airplane or significant debris, 300 feet from the closest Twin Tower, and with just a few small fires burning within it, at 5:20PM EDT this massive concrete and steel-framed 47-story skyscraper imploded into its own footprint in less than seven seconds. Its rapid implosion had all of the characteristics of a controlled demolition, and the World Trade Center leaseholder, Larry Silverstein, stated in so many words that the building had been collapsed by demolition. It takes weeks, if not months, to prepare the demolition of a building as large as WTC 7; this implosion could not have been engineered and implemented in seven chaotic hours on September 11th. Therefore, a question emerges:
Who had the means and expertise to engineer such a demolition and acquire needed materiel, and who had access to WTC Building 7 PRIOR TO September 11, 2001 in order to place the explosives?
An inquiry into the answer to this question might be a good place to begin a search for the real perpetrators of 9/11. Do we, the citizens of the United States, have the courage and honesty necessary to initiate an actual investigation, or will we continue living a Lie – and reap the consequences?

The new moon (crescent) will be born on Monday 9th August, 2010 at 11:08 pm. Sunset on Tuesday 10th August, 2010 will be at 6:30 pm. At sunset of this day, the moon will be about 19 hours 22 minutes old and Muslims are reminded to look for the crescent to commence the month of Ramadaan 1431 AH.
If the moon is sighted, the 1st Taraweeh would be performed on the night of Tuesday 10th August, 2010 and the 1st Fast would be on Wednesday 11th August, 2010.
If the moon is not sighted, Sha'baan would complete 30 days and the 1st Taraweeh would be performed on the night of Wednesday 11th August, 2010 and the 1st Fast would be on Thursday 12th August, 2010.

Exclusion Order by The British Government Against Dr Zakir Naik...
We must understand Dr. Zakir Naik is not their problem, nor is Usama Bin Ladin or anyone for that matter... What is their problem is the fact that in recent times there has been a resurgence of Islam in Europe and they fear the emergence of an Islamic State... That is their real problem...

Off course not! These Regiment Soldiers are trained to protect our Country's boarders; having the capacity to kill. They have very little training if any in the area of Public Relations or defusing a volatile situation... For any Government to implement such an idea, they would also have to take into consideration retraining and the passing of new legislation so as to incorporate this new portfolio. We all know too well in this country how easy it is for cases to be thrown out due to technicalities arising out of wrongful procedure. Giving our Regiment the powers of arrest in their current state of affairs would only seek to shut the lights off in our corridors of justice and plunge us into a state of anarchy.

Peace, Guidance and Salutations to you Madam Prime Minister;
I entertain Allah’s praise, there is no god but He, the Sovereign, the Holy, the Source of peace, the Giver of peace, the Guardian of faith, the Preserver of safety I also entertain that Muhammad is His last and final Messenger.
Waajihatul Islaamiyyah would like to inform you that at no point in time did we ever support any Political Party in the 2010 General Elections. We voted for no one. We see this act of voting in Democratic Elections as Haram which is a violation of our God given rights and obligations.
Muhammad reminded Muslims that “The believer is not bitten from the same hole twice.”
Political parties contradict Islam and also give legislative authority to man besides Allah. Muslims should secure their Islamic interest politically but politically within the means that Islam allows. Islam does not permit Muslims to vote in none Islamic based elections. Whilst elections and voting for a political leader is committed in Islam it is only permitted for an Islamic leadership and within the Islamic System, no such system exists today this is the burning problem and vital issue for the Muslims globally.
How can Muslims vote for local or national interest at the expense of the interests of their global ummah? How Muslims can votes for a manifesto that contradicts Islam and compromises Allah’s’ sovereignty? Muslims must be political upon Islam, forging unity and self-reliance. This would give us Muslims the means to engage, while at the same time retaining the Islamic values and dignity and avoid exploitation and humiliation both in this world and the next. It is against this backdrop that we make the following statement:
Waajihatul Islammiyyah (The Islamic Front) will monitor the New People’s Partnership Government in light of their promises made to the people of this nation; keeping in mind promises made by previous Governments before were never fulfilled. Remember the promises made by the PNM? And to date, Manning has the longest list of broken promises of any leader in the Caribbean. We demand that these promises made by the New People’s Partnership Government, be fulfilled in the time set out in your Manifesto. Failure to do so will be met with stiff resistance. Having said that, we will also be looking very closely at your policies as it relates to the following:
· Gay Rights and Abortion
· Illegal Immigrants (Undocumented Immigrants), Human Rights and Prison Reform
· Sustainable development, agriculture and the Preservation of the Environment and eco systems
· Accessing Information and Education reform that will balance the scale of intellectual perception.
· Public consultation and participation
· Health and safety
· Crime and Socioeconomic ills.
· Emergency and disaster relief
· The continued granting of licence to sell spirituous liquors.
· Interest Free Housing and Medical care for Muslims especially Muslim Sisters
· Islamic Banking and the Setting up of an Islamic Court
· Facilitating Muslims wanting to perform Haj by forging new diplomatic and travel relations with the Saudi Government
· The God given right of every citizen to bear arms to defend themselves.
Your foreign and local policy as regards laws affecting our Muslim Brothers and Sisters such as laws forbidding Muslim women to wear the Hijab and the Burka, laws forbidding the building of Minarets, and whole Body scans at our nation’s airports and check-in Points in other countries etc. and equally important your relationship with the Rogue State of Israel. Letters regarding these issues were sent to the Foreign Ministry of the previous administration as well as the various Foreign Missions to no avail, pointing out the negative impact on the Foreign Ministries office and by extension the government.
We suggest that your Foreign Ministry play a more decisive and active role in International Relations especially the relation between the capitalist, democratic world and Islam.
We have seen in recent times an Israeli attack on two aid convoy to the Gaza. Those Israeli soldiers invaded those ships in international waters, breaking international law, and, killing civilians.
The Israeli government approved the boarding of those aid ships by an elite unit of commandoes. They were armed with automatic weapons to pacify the civilians on board and not with crowd dispersal equipment in case of resistance. Whatever the circumstances of the confrontation, Israel must be held responsible for sending in soldiers and recklessly endangering the lives of all the civilians on board, including a baby and a Holocaust survivor.
Israel has no right to control Gaza’s sea as its own territorial waters and to stop aid convoys arriving that way. In doing so, it proves that it is still in belligerent occupation of the enclave and its 1.5 million inhabitants. And if it is occupying Gaza, then under international law Israel is responsible for the welfare of the Strip’s inhabitants. Given that the blockade has put Palestinians there on a starvation diet for the past four years, Israel should long ago have been in the dock for committing these crimes against humanity.

The Dress of Health Minister Therese Baptiste-Cornelis
Look at the manner in which Health Minister Therese Baptiste-Cornelis was dressed on her surprised visit to the Maternity ward at the Eric Williams Mt. Hope Medical Hospital? That type of dressing even for an ordinary woman is totally unacceptable. I find that the Health Minister appeared to be ghastly repulsive, profane, perverse and unrefined. Her dress was nothing short of being sacrilegious, vulgar and sensual in a bizarre and absurd sort of way.

Obama's Response to the Bloody Israeli Raid...
Barack Obama's administrations' response to the Bloody Israeli raid on a flotilla carrying aid to the Gaza was nothing more than an attempt to blur the vision of the Muslim world and to tranquillize them into motionlessness.
But let us not forget what Allah and the Prophet of Islam says:
Allah says in the Holy Qur’an:
“Never will the Jews nor the Christians be pleased with you (O Muhammad [sal-Allâhu 'alayhi wa sallam]) till you follow their religion. Say: "Verily, the Guidance of Allâh (i.e. Islâmic Monotheism) that is the (only) Guidance. And if you (O Muhammad [sal-Allâhu 'alayhi wa sallam]) were to follow their (Jews and Christians) desires after what you have received of Knowledge (i.e. the Qur'ân), then you would have against Allâh neither any Walî (protector or guardian) nor any helper.” [Ch: 002:120]
“And kill them wherever you find them, and turn them out from where they have turned you out. And Al-Fitnah is worse than killing. And fight not with them at Al-Masjid Al-Harâm (the sanctuary at Makkah), unless they (first) fight you there. But if they attack you, then kill them. Such is the recompense of the disbelievers. But if they cease, then Allâh is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. And fight them until there is no more Fitnah (disbelief and worshipping of others along with Allâh) and (all and every kind of) worship is for Allâh (Alone). But if they cease, let there be no transgression except against Az-Zâlimûn (the polytheists and wrong doers).” [Ch: 002:193]
Narrated Abu Huraira:
Allah's Apostle said, "The Hour will not be established until you fight with the Jews, and the stone behind which a Jew will be hiding will say. "O Muslim! There is a Jew hiding behind me, so kill him." [Bukhari: Volume 4, Book 52, Number 177]

Allah's Apostle said, "The Hour will not be established until you fight with the Turks; people with small eyes, red faces, and flat noses. Their faces will look like shields coated with leather. The Hour will not be established till you fight with people whose shoes are made of hair."[Bukhari: Volume 4, Book 52, Number 179]

The Prophet said, "The Hour will not be established till you fight with people wearing shoes made of hair. And the Hour will not be established till you fight with people whose faces look like shields coated with leather. " (Abu Huraira added, "They will be) small-eyed, flat nosed, and their faces will look like shields coated with leather.") [Bukhari: Volume 4, Book 52, Number 180]
No matter what they say; in speach, song or in written form they will never be able to change what Allah and Prophet of Islam says...

“Bullets Were Falling Like Rain” The Andijan Massacre, May 13, 2005
This month (13 May 2010), marked five years since Uzbek security troops killed hundreds of anti-government protesters in the city of Andijan. People were protesting against harsh socio-economic environment and repressive politics in the region. The government decided to take strong measures at the very early stage of the protests. That day in 2005 has come to be known as the “Andijan Massacre.”
On that day, government troops shot and killed civilian protesters on the orders of President Islam Karimov. According to the official data, the death toll was 187. However, witnesses and experts say much more people, including women and children, were killed there and the estimated number ranges from several hundreds to nearly 1,000.
From the very beginning Uzbekistan authorities made it clear that it is their internal issue and the coverage of the massacre in Western and local media was not welcomed. As a result, Karimov’s regime booted foreign broadcasters out of the country and purged the remnants of the local independent press by jailing and intimidating reporters.
Even after 5 years of the massacre almost no one in Uzbekistan is talking about it, local bloggers and journalists living in fear of Uzbek regime are silent, only those staying abroad are brave enough to remember that brutality.
EU foreign ministers gave up all demands set for the Uzbek government connected to the killings of hundreds of people in Andijan in May 2005 and lifted a weapons embargo from the country on 27 October.
Four years after the EU imposed sanctions on the Uzbek government for the Andijan massacre, the EU foreign ministers gave in to Tashkent’s stubbornness and abolished the last sanction.
Despite the embargo being a rather symbolic measure (Uzbekistan is happy with Russian-made weapons), Uzbekistan can now feel that it has been acquitted for its crimes of mass killings in Andijan.

A Warning to the New Government of Trinidad and Tobago
Waajihatul Islaamiyyah would like to inform the Nation that at no point in time did we ever support any Political Party in the 2010 General Elections. We voted for no one. We see this act of voting in Democratic Elections as Haram which is a violation of our God given rights and obligations.
So the question is asked why are Muslims being encouraged towards voting in general elections in the west is it because of Fear or some interests? And those who have been encouraged to vote for their interests what did they get in return?
In America they got:
· The invasion and destruction Iraq.
· The Invasion and destruction of Afghanistan.
· The occupation of Palestine
· Guantanamo.
· An American control Pakistan.
· The banning of Hijabs in schools
In the UK they got:
· The rogue state of Israel.
· Traitors
· Two million dead in Iraq.
· An attack on Islamic values and rules.
In France they got:
· The banning of the Hijab and Burka
In Belgium they got:
· The Banning of the Burka
In Switzerland they got:
· The banning of the Minarets
Muhammad reminded Muslims that “The believer is not bitten from the same hole twice.” How many more times do we need to be bitten before we realise? Even those that have tried to get involved and participated have been tossed aside as they hadn’t abandoned Islam enough and those that changed aim to change Islam.
Political parties contradict Islam and also give legislative authority to man besides Allah. Muslims should secure their Islamic interest politically but politically within the means that Islam allows. Islam does not permit Muslims to vote in none Islamic based elections.
Whilst elections and voting for a political leader is committed in Islam it is only permitted for an Islamic leadership and within the Islamic System, no such system exists today this is the burning problem and vital issue for the Muslims globally.
· For those that bring Yusuf as proof for voting in an un-Islamic election, it should be known that “the laws of the previous prophets are not applicable today. Even if it were accepted, it must not contradict the laws that Muhammad came with.
· For those that use the example of the Muslims that immigrated to Abyssinia; the Muslims never participated in the political process or voted for Najashi.
· For those that vote on the basis of the lesser of two evils. This is linked to necessity at the point of life and death and not simply hardship or its presumption.
How can Muslims vote for local or national interest at the expense of the interests of their global ummah?
How Muslims can votes for a manifesto that contradicts Islam and compromises Allah’s’ sovereignty?
Muslims must be political upon Islam, forging unity and self-reliance. This would give us Muslims the means to engage, while at the same time retaining the Islamic values and dignity and avoid exploitation and humiliation both in this world and the next.
It is against this backdrop that we make the following statement:
Waajihatul Islammiyyah (The Islamic Front) will monitor the New People’s Partnership Government in light of their promises made to the people of this nation; keeping in mind promises made by previous Governments before were never fulfilled. Remember the promises made by the PNM? And to date, Manning have the longest list of broken promises of any leader in the Caribbean. In its 2007 election manifesto, titled ’Journey with us to the next level’, the People’s National Movement (PNM) made about 200 promises of which only 25 per cent materialised. However, in its 2010 manifesto (’Caring about you today and tomorrow’), there are no concrete promises until page 29 of the 35-page document.
We demand that these promises made by the New People’s Partnership Government, be fulfilled in the time set out in your Manifesto. Failure to do so will be met with stiff resistance. Having said that, we will also be looking very closely at your policies as it relates to the following:
· Gay Rights and Abortion
· Human Rights and Prison Reform
· Sustainable development and the Preservation of the Environment and eco systems
· Accessing Information and Education reform that will balance the scale of intellectual perception.
· Public consultation and participation
· Health and safety
· Crime and Socioeconomic ills.
· Emergency and disaster relief
· The continued granting of licence to sell spirituous liquors.
· Interest Free Housing and Medical care for Muslims especially Muslim Sisters
· Islamic Banking and the Setting up of an Islamic Court
· Facilitating Muslims wanting to perform Haj by forging new diplomatic and travel relations with the Saudi Government
· The God given right of every citizen to bear arms to defend themselves.
· Your foreign and local policy as regards laws affecting our Muslim Brothers and Sisters such as laws forbidding Muslim women to wear the Hijab and the Burka, laws forbidding the building of Minarets, and whole Body scans at our nation’s airports and check-in Points in other countries etc. and equally important your relationship with the Rogue State of Israel.
These are the policies that will stand on the threshold between your Government and Waajihatul Islaamiyyah (The Islamic Front). These are the policies that will determine our relationship in the coming months. These are the policies that will either make or break your Government.
